Job summary

Infinity Resource Solutions, based in Luton, is recruiting a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to service and repair commercial air conditioning and ventilation systems.

You'll undertake maintenance tasks, fault finding, and call-outs, with Monday to Friday 8am–5pm, 30 days holiday, and ongoing training. Must have Refrigerant Handling C&G 2079 or equivalent and NVQ2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.

Qualifications

• Must hold Refrigerant Handling C&G 2079 or equivalent.
• NVQ 2 or equivalent in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
• Experience working in occupied premises
• Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
• Clear communicator at all levels and customer focused

Responsibilities

• Undertake maintenance tasks, call out response & repair of all types of commercial air conditioning and ventilation systems.
• Understand general mechanical building services and carry out diagnostics and fault finding.
• Maintain PPM paperwork and identify additional works beyond contractual requirements.
• Work in a safe and diligent manner and comply with Health & Safety policies.

• 5 years Experience as an Air conditioning Engineer'
• Must hold Refrigerant Handling C&G 2079 or equivalent.
• NVQ 2 or equivalent in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
• A good general experience in working in occupied premises
• A good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
• The ability to communicate at all levels
• Generally IT literate
• Clear communicator both oral and written
• A customer focused approach.

We are looking to recruit a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer.

Main Duties

Undertake maintenance tasks, call out response & repair of all types of commercial air conditioning and ventilation systems.

A good understanding of General Mechanical Building services

Efficiently maintain and repair

To carry out diagnostic, fault finding

Maintain PPM Paperwork

To identify areas for additional works within and out of the specified contractual requirements

To understand all work related documentation accurately on time and to exceed the customers expectations.

To understand & comply with policies and procedures

To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner

To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures

To attend, fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required

To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required

Responsibilities and Duties

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
• ½ lunch break
• 30 days holiday per annum including bank holidays
• Be available for call out rota 1 week in 6.
• Out of hours call outs paid at a minimum of 4 hours at overtime rates.
