CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a Mobile AC Engineer to deliver service and maintenance across a data centre contract in the Surrey area. You will work on split systems, VRVs/VRFs, AHUs and chillers, with an emphasis on reliability and proactive fault finding.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, up to £44,000 plus package, a company van (private use allowed), fuel card, tablet, work phone, and uniform. Relevant AC qualifications and a strong building services background are essential.

Formación

• AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2.
• F-Gas qualification (Essential).
• Electrical Knowledge (Preferred).
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates.
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Multi-skilled and adaptable across HVAC and refrigeration.
• Good communication skills and client-facing approach.

Responsabilidades

• Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance.

• Pressure leak tests.
• Compressor changes.
• Braising.

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting an air conditioning engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a data centre contract. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This position would be ideal for an Air Conditioning Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance
• Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
• Pressure leak tests
• Compressor changes
• Braising
• Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
• Extensive building services knowledge

Hours of Work & Package Information

• Monday to Friday 8:00 am-17:00 pm
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Up to £44,000
