Job summary

Interaction Recruitment PLC is seeking a Mobile Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to service, maintain and repair commercial HVAC systems across customer sites in and around Northamptonshire. The role includes breakdown response, PPM, installation and on-site customer service.

You will work with VRV/VRF, multi-splits and chillers, with full UK driving duties and ongoing manufacturer training. Competitive salary and overtime available with holidays and pension.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working on Air Conditioning and/or Refrigeration systems
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding ability
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Excellent customer-facing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

Responsibilities

• Reactive breakdown response and fault diagnosis
• Planned preventive maintenance (PPM)
• Installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding
• Working on VRV, VRF, Split Systems, Multi-Splits, Chillers and Cold Rooms
• Leak detection, repairs and system testing
• Completing service reports and maintenance documentation
• Delivering excellent customer service on-site
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirements

Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 Basic + Overtime (OTE £43,000 - £50,000+)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

A leading specialist in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration services is looking to recruit an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to join their growing engineering team.

The Role

As a Mobile Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault-finding and repairing a variety of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems across customer sites.

Your duties will include:
