Job summary

Magenta Recruitment Ltd's client is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing property services team. You will install, service and maintain a range of air conditioning systems across commercial and residential projects in London and the South East, delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service.

The role requires a minimum of two years' post-qualification experience, a valid F-Gas certification and a full UK driving licence; training and career

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience as an Air Conditioning Installation Engineer.
• Valid F-Gas Category 1 Certification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Carry out installation of air conditioning systems on projects of varying sizes across commercial and residential environments.
• Complete commissioning of systems and ensure all commissioning documentation is accurately completed.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, health and safety, and customer service.
• Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, and colleagues on-site.
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently and to company standards.

About the Role

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Air Conditioning Engineer to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled installation engineer looking to further develop their career within a well-established and respected business.

With nearly 20 years of experience, our client specialises in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of a wide range of air conditioning systems across London and the surrounding Home Counties. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out installation of air conditioning systems on projects of varying sizes across commercial and residential environments.
• Complete commissioning of systems and ensure all commissioning documentation is accurately completed.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, health and safety, and customer service.
• Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, and colleagues on-site.
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently and to company standards.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience as an Air Conditioning Installation Engineer.
• Valid F-Gas Category 1 Certification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems and installation practices.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 2 in F-Gas and ODS Regulations.
• IPAF, PASMA, and CSCS certifications.
• Additional industry-related qualifications are advantageous.

Training and support can be provided to obtain desirable certifications where required.

Experience & Certifications

Required:

• Minimum 2 years' HVAC/Air Conditioning engineering experience
• F-Gas Certification
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Right to work in the United Kingdom

Work Location: Field-based across London and the South East
