Job summary

Infinity Resource Solutions in Ripley is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer to join our Service/Maintenance & Installation Team.

You will service, maintain and install commercial HVAC&R systems, diagnose faults, and deliver exceptional customer service on site while keeping clear daily documentation. The role requires NVQ/City & Guilds in Refrigeration & A/C and FGAS Cat 1, plus a clean UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in service and installation of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
• NVQ/City & Guilds Refrigeration & A/C or equivalent (optional).
• FGAS Category 1 certificate required or desirable.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and installation of air conditioning and refrigeration systems mainly in the East Midlands.
• Diagnose and repair faults on systems on site.
• Provide excellent on-site communication and customer service; complete daily documentation.

My client is on the lookout for an experienced Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Engineer to join their expanding Service/Maintenance & Installation Team. Main Duties:

• Undertake the service/maintenance and installation of air conditioning and refrigeration systems mainly throughout the East Midlands area.
• Be able to effectively & efficiently diagnose and repair faults on systems.
• To provide excellent communication & customer service whilst on site to ensure client/company relationships are sustained & developed.
• To competently complete necessary documentation relating to works carried out each day.

The successful applicant should have:

• Proven experience in the service and installation of commercial and air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
• NVQ or City & Guilds or equivalent in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (optional)
• FGAS Category 1 certificate.
• Have a flexible approach to working hours.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Great customer service skills.
• A good knowledge of Health & Safety.
• Able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
• Full clean UK Driving Licence.
• Positive 'can do' attitude.
• Be prompt and punctual.
