You'll define operating models, develop business cases, and report at steering committees, helping AI scale and become embedded into how work is done. The role emphasizes transformation, governance and executive communication in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Significant experience leading enterprise transformation and value realisation.
• Proven track record owning business cases and post-implementation measurement.
• Experience transitioning programmes to in-house ownership and working with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own value realisation for WPP's Enterprise AI portfolio with measurable outcomes.
• Develop and maintain business cases, benefits frameworks, adoption metrics and executive reporting.
• Define the operating model for Enterprise AI and establish business-as-usual practices as AI scales.
• Represent AI adoption and programme outcomes at steering committees and leadership forums.
• Lead a small specialist team focused on value tracking and adoption measurement.
• Collaborate with delivery, governance and business stakeholders to ensure evidence-led approaches.
