Job summary

easyJet is seeking an AI Value & Impact Lead to build value measurement for Enterprise AI and own the ROI narrative. You will design frameworks, automate measurement systems, and present data-driven stories to drive investment decisions.

You will partner with Product, Finance, and Leadership to embed evidence into roadmaps and performance metrics. The role blends strategy, economics, and data science in a fast-paced aviation tech environment, with a hybrid work model and a focus on real business

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, consulting, economics, corporate finance, or product analytics.
• Strong ability to turn data into actionable business decisions.
• Experience building data pipelines and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Find and capture value from AI initiatives and establish baseline metrics.
• Measure AI impact with experiments and controlled analyses.
• Model economics and scenarios to support investment decisions.
• Tell the strategic ROI story to executives and governance bodies.
