Visa Consulting & Analytics Europe is seeking a Senior Manager, AI Transformation and Change Management to lead change across AI adoption, digital platforms and transformation programmes. You will work with HR and cross-functional teams to embed new ways of working and improve organisational effectiveness.

You will develop and execute change strategies, measure adoption outcomes and ensure leaders and staff are equipped to embrace change in a large, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading change management, business transformation, organisational effectiveness or employee engagement initiatives.
• Experience and understanding of AI and its relevance in driving change and business performance
• Experience supporting complex transformation programmes within matrixed organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders.
• Experience developing communication, engagement and enablement strategies that drive adoption and behavioural change.
• Experience delivering learning, capability-building and organisational development programmes.
• Strong project and programme management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience using data to measure programme effectiveness and adoption.
• Experience supporting digital, technology, platform or AI-enabled transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
• Experience in management consulting, professional services or large-scale corporate environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and emerging digital capabilities is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Lead change activities across AI, transformation and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and deliver change, communication and adoption strategies for new tools, platforms and ways of working.
• Assess stakeholder impact, manage risks and drive engagement.
• Support leaders in embedding behavioural change and organisational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners as required.
• Drive adoption of digital platforms, knowledge solutions and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Monitor adoption and identify opportunities to improve business impact and productivity.
• Design and deliver communication and engagement plans to support transformation initiatives.
• Build stakeholder and champion networks to accelerate adoption and knowledge sharing.
• Promote new platforms, processes, governance models and ways of working.
• Develop and deliver learning programmes, workshops and enablement initiatives.
• Support capability frameworks, career development and mentoring programmes.
• Create toolkits, playbooks and guidance materials that enable sustainable change.
• Define and track adoption, engagement and business outcome metrics.
• Produce insights, dashboards and leadership updates on progress and risks.
• Use feedback and performance data to continuously improve programme effectiveness.
