• 10+ years of experience leading complex global programs in tech environments.
• Expert-level knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid methodologies and related tools.
• Demonstrated success in driving large-scale technology transformations.
• Excellent communication and influence across senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end global AI change programs aligned with Citi's strategic objectives.
• Engage multiple Citi businesses, functions, and senior leadership to ensure adoption.
• Design and execute program plans with milestones, risks, and success metrics.
• Develop enablement materials and change communications for diverse audiences.
• Monitor program performance and implement timely resolutions.
