JMW Solicitors LLP in Manchester is seeking a Technology Adoption and Skills Trainer to design and deliver practical technology training and support the adoption of AI, Microsoft 365 and legal technology across the firm.

Reporting to the Technology Learning and Adoption Team Manager, you will create learning materials, run sessions, manage the LMS and help colleagues use new tools confidently, effectively and responsibly.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering technology training, digital learning or user support in a professional services environment.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 with interest in legal technology (e.g., Proclaim, iManage, Intapp).
• Understanding of generative AI and responsible use, confidentiality and information security.

Aufgaben

• Deliver engaging technology training across the firm, including inductions, rollouts and sessions.
• Support AI adoption plans and learning efforts with team leads/managers.
• Provide practical support for adopting AI tools and legal tech across teams.
• Develop and maintain high-quality learning materials (guides, e-learning, videos).
• Administer and maintain the LMS and manage training logistics and records.
• Coordinate learning schedules and communications, monitor attendance and feedback.
• Create one-to-one and group coaching on Microsoft 365, AI, and legal tech.
• Keep learning content up to date with AI and technology developments.
