Primary Goal in Greater London is looking for an experienced Digital Coach/Trainer to help staff maximise their productivity using Microsoft 365 applications. This role focuses on supporting apprentices through a digital transformation journey, optimising their use of AI and Microsoft application licenses.

Qualifications

• Experience training staff in Microsoft applications.
• Strong facilitation skills for engaging online training.
• Teaching or assessing qualifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Support apprentices on their learning journey.
• Deliver engaging online training sessions.
• Assist staff in optimising AI and Microsoft applications.

Skills

Training staff in MS365, Co-pilot and Power Apps

Experience with tools such as Teams, Google Classroom, Canva

Teaching, coaching or assessing qualification(s)

Understanding of Pedagogy first-digital transformation

Offering careers information, advice, and guidance to learners

Strong facilitation skills for active online learning
