Job summary

Metro Bank is seeking an Enterprise AI & Transformation Manager in London to lead AI product initiatives from problem framing to live deployment. You will collaborate across business, data, technology and risk to design end-to-end AI solutions and manage external partners through proofs of concept and delivery.

You will prototype agents, define requirements, and ensure measurable value while maintaining governance in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on in building or delivering AI products: LLM apps, agents, automation or ML.
• Proven ability to design requirements and manage delivery through to release.
• Experience with prompting, evaluation, data workflows and integration in production.

Responsibilities

• Own AI products end to end from problem statement to live adoption.
• Design solutions with detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with AI Build and platform teams through build, test and release.
• Shape solutions across business, technology, data and risk.
• Manage external partners and vendors with clear briefs and milestones.
• Prototype agents, write prompts, test outputs and evaluate results.
• Track AI tooling trends and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Build and communicate the value case, measuring impact and outcomes.
• Design controls and guardrails for regulated environments.
