Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Lead Integrator, AI Transformation in London to shape AI-enabled lending journeys across Business & Commercial Banking. You will coordinate cross-functional delivery, translate strategy into measurable outcomes and embed AI capabilities into customer journeys.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading complex business and technology transformation in financial services, fintech, or large-scale digital organisations.
Experience applying AI, automation or emerging technologies to improve delivery and customer journeys.
Strong product approach with the ability to translate strategy into prioritised outcomes and delivered value.
Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery across business, product and engineering teams.
Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead integration and execution of AI-enabled transformation initiatives across lending journeys.
Shape and drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities to create measurable value.
Coordinate work across platforms and teams, aligning backlogs and dependencies.
Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Architects and collaborators to prioritise AI opportunities.
Lead experimentation, proofs of concept and pilots to validate opportunities and accelerate adoption.
