Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking an AI Services Consultant to guide customers through configuring and optimizing the AI-powered Resolution Platform, delivering value quickly and reliably.

You will act as a technical expert and trusted advisor, leading end-to-end AI projects, driving adoption, change management, and measurable improvements in customer experience. Collaborating with Customer Success and Sales, you will translate complex AI concepts for executive stakeholders and ensure on-time delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of related experience in Consulting / Professional Services.
• Experience in go-to-customer/GTM roles in enterprise technology / SaaS.
• Fluent in English.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs and working with large JSON bodies.
• Python experience is preferred.
• Experience in adoption and health analytics to build predictive models.
• Experience designing and executing success plans or roadmaps that drive measurable customer outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees or AI certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical solutions and remove roadblocks for customers to drive resolutions on our AI Platform.
• Act as a technical expert and trusted advisor guiding customers through configurations with agility and precision.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI projects with clear scope, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
• Facilitate change management processes and deliver consultative sessions for smooth adoption.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to align on the customer’s AI Roadmap and address technical challenges.
