Job summary

Marmion in Leeds requires a Technical Professional Services Manager to lead and deliver complex Professional Services projects for clients post go-live, turning requirements into practical automated solutions.

You will design and deliver customer workflow automation, APIs and integrations, while establishing governance and scalable delivery frameworks. You will work with the COO and SLT to shape future strategy and build a growing Professional Services team toward senior leadership.

Qualifications

Experience designing and delivering workflow automation or systems integration projects.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in a SaaS/tech environment.
Ability to translate customer requirements into practical technical workflows.
Experience building, improving or scaling delivery operations and Professional Services capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead customer-facing Professional Services projects, managing scope, delivery and commercial performance.
Establish delivery methodologies, governance frameworks and estimation processes.
Develop new value-added services including consultancy, optimisation and managed services.
Monitor utilisation, customer satisfaction and project performance to drive continuous improvement.
Shape long-term strategy with the COO and SLT for the Professional Services function.
Build foundations for future team growth, including resource planning and reporting.
