Job summary

Lenovo is seeking an ISG Solution Sales Specialist to drive infrastructure solutions across servers, storage, HCI, edge and AI-ready platforms. You'll engage with global enterprises and public sector clients, shaping technology strategies and turning complex requirements into business value.

Working with sales and technical teams, you will lead workshops, develop proposals, qualify opportunities, and manage pipeline to deliver measurable outcomes for customers and Lenovo.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology sales within infrastructure or data center.
• Ability to translate technical features into business value.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
• Experience with channel partners or matrix sales.
• Experience supporting complex bids and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and progress ISG opportunities.
• Scope and position infrastructure solutions across Lenovo's ISG portfolio.
• Translate requirements into customer value.
• Lead customer discussions and workshops.
• Build strong proposals with partners and teams.
• Support bids, RFI/RFP with input.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with updates.
• Look for share of wallet growth.
