Lenovo's Solutions & Services Group seeks an experienced AI-focused engineer to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions. You will collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to identify high-value AI opportunities and drive adoption across global operations.

You will design, prototype, and deploy AI-enabled workflows using Microsoft technologies, ensuring measurable business impact and sustainability through change management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, applied AI, or a related technical role.
• Hands-on experience building, deploying, and scaling AI or workflow solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG concepts.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Domain Leaders to understand workflows and identify high-value AI opportunities.
• Translate business challenges into actionable AI use cases that are feasible and scalable.
• Design and build AI-powered solutions using Microsoft technologies (Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, M365, RAG).
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate solutions in agile sprints with user feedback.
• Deliver AI solutions that integrate into existing processes with measurable business value.
• Develop reusable assets and best practices to accelerate future AI initiatives.
• Own deployment success by driving user adoption with change-management partners.
• Monitor performance and iteratively optimize for greater impact.
