Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Solutions & Services Executive to lead the UK and Ireland market, growing Lenovo’s Services business across Digital Workplace, Data Centre, AI and Services. You will engage with senior decision-makers and partners to expand opportunities and build a strong pipeline.

Reporting to the UKI Market Leader, you will drive AI-focused conversations, shape high-value deals, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling professional and managed services to enterprise customers.
• Proven track record of growth through territory planning, account management, pipeline development and strategic sales execution.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to build business cases and create value-driven solutions.
• Fluent English with ability to engage with senior stakeholders and executives.
• Understanding of AI and Generative AI technologies and related enterprise use cases.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Lenovo’s Services business with selected UKI customers by building relationships and expanding market presence.
• Identify new business opportunities, win new logos, and develop a strong sales pipeline.
• Position Lenovo as a trusted partner for digital transformation and AI adoption.
• Lead complex opportunities across Digital Workplace, Data Centre, AI, and Services, delivering measurable business value.
• Drive AI-focused conversations and translate use cases into scalable business outcomes.
• Engage with senior decision-makers and articulate ROI and strategic impact of digital and AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with Lenovo experts, partners, sales teams and executives to close high-value opportunities.
• Expand relationships, increase wallet share, and deliver growth in pipeline and revenue.
