Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience, or equivalent backgrounds welcomed.
• Experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or quality driven environments.
• Detail oriented with ability to evaluate conversations and actions against policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QA reviews of AI-powered conversations and moderation decisions.
• Analyze policy enforcement gaps and surface actionable insights.
• Label cases accurately to support model training and evaluation.
• Maintain golden sets reflecting current policy standards.
• Report quality issues with clear documentation and feedback.
• Collaborate on scoring consistency and calibration with the team.
• Identify patterns to improve AI accuracy and customer experience.
• Use QA tools to review outputs for bias, privacy, and fairness.
