Job summary

This hybrid role collaborates with the AI Performance & Enablement Manager, performs quality reviews, labels cases, maintains golden sets, and helps improve AI reliability and member experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience required.
• Experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or CX.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to evaluate conversations against policies.
• Familiarity with conversational AI systems and AI workflows.
• Knowledge of QA practices: labeling, calibration, scoring, and documentation.
• Able to identify patterns using data and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality reviews of AI-powered conversations and moderation decisions.
• Analyse policy enforcement gaps and surface actionable insights.
• Perform accurate case labeling to support model training and evaluation.
• Review and maintain golden sets reflecting current policy standards.
• Report quality issues with clear documentation and feedback.
• Collaborate with the AI Performance & Enablement Manager on calibration and issues.
