1+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or quality-driven environments.
Familiarity with policies, processes, and quality standards.
Ability to evaluate conversations and moderation decisions against established guidelines.

Responsibilities

Conduct QA reviews of AI-powered conversations and moderation decisions for policy alignment.
Identify gaps in policy enforcement and surface actionable insights for improvement.
Label cases accurately to support AI model training and evaluation pipelines.
Maintain golden sets reflecting current policy standards for ground-truth assessment.
Log quality issues and provide clear, actionable feedback to improve outcomes.
Collaborate with the AI Enablement Manager on scoring consistency and calibration.
Spot patterns to improve AI accuracy, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Utilize QA platforms and Bumble tools to monitor AI behavior with human-in-the-loop judgement.
