Job summary

Bloomberg L.P. in London is seeking an AI Enablement Lead for External Relations to accelerate practical AI adoption across ER. This hands-on role collaborates with Communications, Corporate Philanthropy and others to identify high-value use cases and prototype AI-enabled workflows.

You will translate emerging AI capabilities into usable, responsible, scalable ways of working, coach colleagues, develop playbooks, run workshops, and connect ER with firmwide AI teams to drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical experience in programming, automation, data analysis, or product/engineering.
• Fluency with AI tools and practical curiosity about AI direction.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
• Builder mindset with experiments, prototyping, testing and iteration.
• Awareness of responsible AI use, confidentiality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with ER teams to identify AI-enabled workflows that improve speed, quality, or scale.
• Prototype AI solutions using internal tools and lightweight approaches.
• Translate business problems into testable AI use cases and pilots.
• Build reusable playbooks, prompts, workflows, and training materials for ER.
