Job summary

Lorien is recruiting an AI Project Manager for a global Insurance client to lead AI-enabled transformation initiatives, with hands-on experience in ServiceNow, chatbot deployment, and operational excellence. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end technology programmes using Agile/Scrum and Prince2 or PMP practices.

You will articulate operational requirements, manage budgets and stakeholder relationships, and drive adoption of chatbot solutions to improve service delivery and user experience,

Qualifications

• Experience across project and programme management and service delivery.
• End-to-end technology programme delivery with recognised methodologies.
• Experience with AI, data and cloud platforms.
