Job summary

Capgemini Invent in London seeks a Managing Consultant to lead AI-driven transformation programmes on the ServiceNow platform. You will combine techno-functional expertise with client engagement to shape enterprise AI strategies and deliver measurable business value.

You will work with senior sponsors, design autonomous workflows, and contribute to AI-led service offerings and accelerators while partnering with cross-functional teams across Strategy, Design, Delivery, and Architecture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technology-enabled transformation or consulting (10–15 years).
• Strong experience on the ServiceNow platform (multi-module exposure preferred).
• Experience in AI, automation, and digital transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Define and shape enterprise AI strategies and roadmaps leveraging ServiceNow.
• Advise senior stakeholders on AI operating models and governance.
• Design data, integration, and workflow architectures for AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions.
• Contribute to end-to-end transformation programmes.
• Support proposals, RFPs, and client pitches focused on AI-led transformation.
