Job summary

Cleo is seeking a hands-on Lead Product Manager to drive Cleo’s Credit products forward. You’ll lead a cross-functional squad to uncover customer needs, shape bold new product directions, and turn early ideas into testable experiences for one of Cleo’s most important product areas.

You should bring several years in consumer fintech or credit-focused roles, a track record of mobile app product work, and a data-driven, outcome-focused mindset that thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Qualifications

• Several years of credit-focused product experience.
• Experience in consumer fintech or personal finance products.
• Proven mobile app product work in high-growth, product-led environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential product opportunities through customer insight and market understanding.
• Lead early-stage ideation, prototyping, and lean research to validate concepts.
• Unify the squad around a clear product vision and translate it into high-quality experiences with Design and Engineering.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to shape product direction and solve complex customer problems.
• Build data-informed business cases that communicate value and drive decisions.
