Lendable is hiring an Associate Product Manager for the UK Loans product team. You’ll shape the customer experience after loan issuance, from engagement and payments to support for financial difficulty.

You’ll own product changes with Engineering, Credit, Data Science and Operations, scaling impactful lending experiences. You’ll solve complex problems, build dashboards, and use data insight to improve payments and servicing outcomes, while exploring AI-enabled automations and customer research

Formación

• 1–2 years in product, or 2–3 years in strategy, analytics, or consulting with product interaction
• Clear ability to explain ideas and requirements to engineers and operations teams
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new fintech concepts
• Strong problem-solving and hypothesis testing mindset
• Data proficiency and ability to explore problems with SQL or Python
• Interest in AI tools and applying them to product workflows
• Hands-on attitude in a lean product team
• Adaptability for varied day-to-day tasks
• Bonus experience in lending, payments, fintech, or startups

Responsabilidades

• Improve repayment performance through experiments and messaging tweaks
• Personalise customer engagement across email, SMS and in-app
• Simplify loan management within the Zable SuperApp
• Collaborate with Credit and Data Science to model improvements
• Build dashboards to monitor metrics and impacts
• Conduct customer research to validate ideas
• Move features from idea to launch with cross-functional teams
• Develop AI-powered tools to save time for operations and the business
