Job summary

SapienAI is seeking a Pre-Sales AI Solutions Architect to lead the technical stream in complex enterprise sales. You will design solutions, run workshops, and create compelling demos and proofs of value that show Claude in customers’ environments.

You’ll collaborate with Anthropic’s team, guide architecture, security, and procurement reviews, and shape engagements from discovery through signed SOW. You’ll mentor colleagues, build MCP-based demos, and ensure delivery readiness while partnering

Qualifications

• 6+ years designing and delivering complex software systems
• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer
• Hands-on experience designing agentic AI systems: prompt engineering, agent orchestration, evaluation frameworks
• Power user for Claude Code and AI-native development environments
• Experience with enterprise dev toolchains, CI/CD and cloud-native deployment on AWS/GCP/Azure

Responsibilities

• Own the technical stream on sales opportunities from discovery to signed statement of work
• Produce solution designs and technical proposals for delivery teams
• Lead technical validation with customers including architecture, security and procurement reviews
• Design and run demos, prototypes and short proof-of-value engagements
• Turn discovery into a clear solution design and technical plan
• Scope engagements with clear milestones, risks and dependencies
• Build evaluation frameworks, MCP servers, sub-agents and deployment configurations
• Mentor and coach teammates; ensure smooth handover to delivery teams
• Partner with Account Executives to win complex opportunities and expand accounts
• Travel as required to customer sites and events
