Job summary

Mother Root, the UK's fastest-growing non-alcoholic drinks brand, seeks a Business Operations Lead to build the operating system that keeps a small team moving fast. You’ll own Notion, triage friction, and push AI-enabled automation, partnering with the Lead to scale processes across the function.

You’ll ship clear workflows, ensure data quality, and design prompts and playbooks so the whole team can work fluently with AI. Hybrid role in London.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI and automation to drive efficiency.
• Ability to design scalable operating systems and processes.
• Proven capability to run projects and ship improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating system for a fast-growing team.
• Maintain the Notion workspace with structure, templates and data hygiene.
• Triage friction across functions and drive automation initiatives.
• Develop SOPs, improve data quality and manage change in workflows.
• Lead AI-use cases, translate into prompts and playbooks for the team.
