Job summary

Paid is seeking an Operations Associate to help build the operational foundations that enable rapid growth. You’ll work closely with the Head of Operations to implement AI-powered workflows, streamline processes, and support the office network in London, Barcelona, and San Francisco.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in Operations, enjoy building systems, and can manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail. This role is based in London and requires working in the office five days a week.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Operations or related roles.
• Experience building AI workflows or automations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to take ownership and drive improvements.
• Willingness to work 5 days/week in London.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered workflows and automations to reduce repetitive work.
• Help create and improve operating processes as Paid scales.
• Keep offices in London, Barcelona and San Francisco running smoothly (London onsite).
• Coordinate calendar support and light travel arrangements for executives.
• Maintain operational documentation and onboarding/offboarding processes.
