You will architect and automate systems for customer support, payment processing, and people operations, reporting directly to the founder to enable hypergrowth without adding headcount.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in high-velocity startup environments, ideally BizOps/Chief of Staff or founding-level operations roles.
• Technically proficient with the ability to ship real-world automations using LLMs and agents.
• Scrappy, highly organized self-starter with strong vendor negotiation and async collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and automate customer support and payment systems, including vendor management and chargeback strategies.
• Oversee full lifecycle of people operations: onboarding, payroll, and vendor management with enhanced analytics dashboards.
• Streamline marketing and legal operations: manage ad accounts, track growth metrics, and coordinate compliance and contracts.
