Job summary

Legatics is looking for an Operations Manager to own and continuously improve our internal operations across a broad set of areas. This hybrid role is based in London, requiring 2 days per week in the office with occasional travel to Europe.

You'll lead operations, workspace and facilities, systems and tooling, procurement, revenue operations, data and security support, reporting to the COO with a dotted line to the Chief People Officer. A growth mindset and initiative are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own core operational processes end to end and improve them.
• Manage tech/SaaS stack, renewals, negotiations and ROI.
• Run Salesforce: users, permissions, reports, dashboards and data quality.
• Collaborate on business data requirements and data insights with cross-functional teams.
• Manage device procurement, hardware and IT support.
• Work with Security on access, compliance and staff training.
• Support Legal ops on an ad hoc basis.
• Partner with Chief People Officer on employee experience and onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain intranet/knowledge-sharing platforms and encourage usage.
• Foster team culture through socials and events.
• Monitor cross-team touchpoints and address issues early.
