Job summary

PA Consulting is seeking a Microsoft 365 & AI Collaboration Associate to enable colleagues to use Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI tools effectively. You will work within the internal IT team, engaging stakeholders, shaping opportunities and delivering practical, scalable solutions across Copilot, SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform.

You will support adoption, run AI workshops, and help ensure governance, security and lifecycle considerations are applied as new capabilities are introduced.

Qualifications

• Growing subject matter expertise in Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI-enabled working or related digital workplace technologies
• Ability to work independently, organise complex tasks and deliver to agreed standards and deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders and explain technical concepts simply
• Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to turn ambiguous needs into usable solutions, guidance or next steps

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to understand business problems and recommend practical Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI-enabled solutions
• Run structured discovery activities to clarify requirements, outcomes, constraints and risks
• Build or support agents, workflows and low-code solutions with service owners and technical specialists
• Translate requirements into designs, user stories, prototypes or implementation plans
• Drive adoption through demonstrations, workshops, training and clear user guidance across the organisation
