Job summary

The Portfolio Group Inc. is seeking a Director of AI to define and drive an enterprise AI strategy for global professional services. You will translate vision into a practical roadmap and oversee governance, from architecture to production, across the organisation.

You will lead a cross-functional team of technical specialists and subject matter experts, delivering measurable client and business impact while advancing AI across services and operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale AI strategies in professional services or knowledge-intensive environments.
• Hands-on delivery of ML and Generative AI into production, including RAG architectures.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, NLP, Python, SQL and AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong understanding of MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD and DevSecOps.
• Experience establishing AI governance and responsible AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the organisation's enterprise AI strategy and roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to use AI across client services and internal operations.
• Lead full lifecycle of AI initiatives from strategy to production and optimisation.
• Explore and deploy Generative AI, LLMs, ML, RAG, vector search and knowledge graphs.
• Build and lead cross-functional AI capability across teams.
• Establish robust AI governance covering security, privacy and compliance.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate AI opportunities into measurable outcomes.
