UST is seeking a Director of Innovation to define and lead the engineering strategy for AI across services and platforms, creating scalable, secure offerings and enterprise-grade AI adoption in client engagements.

This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role at the intersection of engineering, innovation, and AI, with accountability for translating emerging capabilities into enterprise-grade, reusable services and solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading innovation and AI initiatives across services and platforms.
• Experience engaging with enterprise clients and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to scale complex SaaS or platform engineering ecosystems.

Responsabilités

• Define end-to-end engineering vision and roadmap for AI services and platforms.
• Lead transition of AI capabilities from PoC to scalable products.
• Embed engineering excellence, patterns, and DevOps maturity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, and Delivery to position the AI platform.
