Huge is seeking a Director of Technology to lead the global technology team. You will shape a technology strategy, drive delivery through Lean/Agile methods, and partner with clients to design transformative experiences using AI, cloud, and modern data solutions.

You’ll oversee multi-disciplinary engineering efforts, champion best practices, and align technology with business goals to enable organic growth and high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with experience building, scaling, and mentoring engineering teams of 10+ developers.
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects with multiple workstreams while maintaining quality and timeline accountability.
• Proven ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience with modern architectural patterns and enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their technology needs, recommend solutions, and establish strong client relationships.
• Develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives innovation.
• Oversee the assessment, planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Ensure the highest quality standards are maintained in technology development, including code reviews, testing, and performance optimization.
• Identify and mitigate technology-related risks, ensuring security and compliance with industry standards.
• Foster technical client relationships and seek opportunities for organic growth on the accounts.
