Cybit is seeking a commercially driven Digital Growth Lead to own how Cybit is discovered, experienced and converted in an AI‑driven buying world. You will balance technical SEO, content strategy and conversion optimisation to turn the website into a high‑performing revenue engine.

You will optimise user journeys, improve AI visibility across platforms, and manage integrations with HubSpot and other systems to deliver measurable growth and pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience building and optimising WordPress sites for revenue growth.
• Strong front-end understanding and ability to troubleshoot performance issues.
• Proven ability to drive organic and AI-assisted search visibility.
• Experience integrating web platforms with CRM/lead-gen tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise the website as a revenue-generation platform.
• Drive AI search visibility and optimise for AI discovery and user experience.
• Improve search and digital discoverability beyond branded search.
• Optimise conversion with data-driven testing and refined UX/CTAs.
• Structure content to clearly demonstrate Cybit's USP and value proposition.
• Manage integrations with marketing and CRM tools and ensure accurate data flow.
