Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Business Development Representative for the UKI region. This outbound-focused role targets the UK and Ireland, engaging senior stakeholders via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing and BDR peers to build qualified pipeline and drive account plans. The role is hybrid with a London office presence and requires multi-channel prospecting, data-driven prioritization and resilience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a BDR, SDR or similar role.
• Experience with high-volume outbound prospecting.
• Proven multi-channel prospecting via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Experience using Salesloft or similar engagement platform.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into target accounts across the UK and Ireland to identify opportunities.
• Run high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Use Salesloft to build and manage cadences and activity.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding challenges, priorities and timing.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop prospecting plans and pipeline.
