Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Junior Business Development Representative (Inbound Response) in the UKI Sales Development group. You will respond to inbound enquiries, qualify prospects and connect them with the right sales team, gaining hands-on experience in customer engagement, pipeline development and enterprise sales.

You will work in a hybrid setup with two days per week in the London office, collaborating with experienced BDRs, AEs and Marketing across the UK and Ireland, building prospecting and

• Entry-level or early-career sales role in tech
• Ability to engage and qualify prospects who show interest
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound enquiries and leads
• Qualify prospects and identify opportunities for the sales team
• Schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads to BDR/AE
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up with prospects
• Collaborate with Marketing, BDRs and Account Executives across UKI
