Genesys is seeking a Junior Business Development Representative (Inbound Response) to join the UKI Sales Development team in London. This entry-point role focuses on engaging and qualifying inbound prospects, understanding business needs and connecting them with the right sales team.

You will gain hands-on experience in prospect engagement, qualification, pipeline development and enterprise sales with experienced colleagues.
