• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; highly adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Code: guide a senior team while actively coding and reviewing backend systems.
• Architectural Leadership: drive high-level design and cross-platform architecture.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with PMs and infra teams on AI-driven solutions.
• End-to-End Ownership: own development lifecycle from design to production reliability.
