Qualifications

• 10+ years deploying SIEM/software analytics in large enterprises.
• 8+ years of SOC tooling, processes, and workflows.
• Hands-on regex development for complex detections.
• Experience advising senior security leaders and CISOs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic SOC modernization programs across multinational deployments.
• Drive XSIAM deployment and log ingestion strategy.
• Develop and optimize detection rules and correlation logic.
• Partner with Product and R&D to influence roadmaps.
• Communicate clearly with executives and stakeholders.
• Mentor services teams blending consulting and engineering.
