Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Lead Software Architect in Southampton to own the architecture and guide AI-led delivery in cloud environments. You will define design, secure scalable solutions, and mentor the team in AI-driven approaches.

The role requires strong C#, Visual Studio, RESTful APIs, and multi-tenant cloud experience, with a focus on secure, efficient software architecture and collaboration across Product Management and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building C# apps using Visual Studio/VS Code.
• Strong ability to translate market needs into secure, scalable system designs.
• Experience with multi-tenant cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Make technical decisions on architectural direction with a collaborative approach.
