Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Support Engineer to join the Cortex XSIAM team in the United Kingdom. You will provide technical support, manage escalations, and communicate with customers within defined SLAs.

You will work with Account Managers to understand client objectives in their environments, troubleshoot across OS and networks, and collaborate with developers to deliver lasting solutions. Strong SIEM and endpoint security experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Endpoint Security software and SIEM technologies.
• Ability to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex security incidents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 4+ years of experience as a Support Engineer or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user-reported issues per SLA using ticketing, phone or remote sessions.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting at application and OS levels to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and implement permanent fixes.
• Document actions and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Lead root cause investigations and drive corrective measures.
