Job summary

Aviva is seeking an AI Platforms Business Analyst to shape and deliver next‑gen AI capabilities across a broad set of UK locations including Bristol, Eastleigh, Manchester, Norwich, York, Birmingham, Leeds, Glasgow, Sheffield and more.

You will partner with Product Owners, Delivery Leads and engineers to translate complex needs into clear requirements, create and manage BA artefacts, and support discovery and prioritisation in an agile, value‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis within technology, digital, data, or platform delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills; experience leading workshops and gathering requirements.
• Experience creating and managing user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and BA artefacts.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for AI platform work.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, Engineers, and stakeholders to prioritise and deliver outcomes.
• Support discovery activities and define platform capabilities for scalable, value-driven solutions.
