Job summary

Weights & Biases by CoreWeave is seeking a proactive support engineer to respond quickly to user inquiries, triage issues, and maintain SLA-backed response times. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot and improve our AI tooling and documentation, while enhancing customer satisfaction.

In this London-based role, you will be onsite 3–5 days a week and contribute to a fast-moving, user-centric culture with a strong focus on ML workflows and instrumented

Qualifications

• 2+ programming experience, from engineering or CS degree or projects.
• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks.
• Interest in connecting with real users and enabling power users.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound support requests via email, chat, or forums.
• Triage bugs and requests by type and severity.
• Maintain fast response times and track SLAs.
• Collaborate with engineering/product to troubleshoot issues and provide feedback.
