Qualifications

• Proven Product Manager or Senior Product Manager experience within fast‑paced technology environments.
• Strong end‑to‑end product ownership across discovery, prioritisation and delivery.
• Highly execution‑focused with experience working closely with Engineering teams on testing, iteration and scalable product delivery.
• Background building workflow‑led, data‑rich or AI‑enabled products in operationally complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and commercially minded problem-solving skills.
• An interest in practical AI/LLM applications, automation and workflow optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, prioritisation and delivery of key platform features and improvements.
• Work closely with Engineering and Data teams to build scalable AI‑enabled workflows, automation and matching capabilities.
• Translate operational and commercial needs into clear product solutions, driving discovery, iteration and continuous platform improvement.
• Improve workflow efficiency, usability and adoption while helping evolve internal tooling into future client‑facing products.
• Partner directly with senior leadership and stakeholders across Product, commercial and operations.
