Job summary

Arm Cambridge seeks an engineer to join a central AI Platform team, driving both user enablement and hands‑on engineering to understand AI use cases, prototype solutions, and scale safe AI across Arm's engineering stack.

You will evaluate OpenAI toolsets, stay current with API updates, build demos, and contribute to a secure, observable platform that engineers can trust and rely on daily.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering skills with hands-on prototyping and integrations.
• Experience with Codex and OpenAI APIs.
• Knowledge of AI safety, governance, privacy, security, evaluation, observability and lifecycle in an enterprise context.

Responsibilities

• Understand AI use cases and emerging technology, and translate them into practical platform capabilities.
• Evaluate, prototype and demonstrate AI solutions with safety, governance, and observability in mind.
• Own and evolve Arm’s OpenAI toolset for Engineering, including Codex, ChatGPT, OpenAI APIs and an AI Gateway.
