Job summary

Arm in Cambridge is seeking a hands‑on technical leader to build and operate the central AI control plane, ensuring production‑grade reliability for AI services at scale. You will work across Kubernetes, cloud, identity, secrets, networking, telemetry and incident management to provide the production foundation for Arm’s AI platform.

Qualifications

  • Expert level experience deploying and operating production infrastructure in a Linux environment with Kubernetes.
  • Strong security fundamentals for production platforms including identity, secrets and access control.
  • Familiar with AI platform concepts such as MCP servers and LLM observability.
  • Strong automation and scripting skills (Terraform, Go, Python).
  • Experience in incident management and production readiness practices.

Responsibilities

  • Technical leadership - become a recognised expert and lead engineer on Arm AI platform tech.
  • Build, operate and improve production infrastructure for Arm AI platform services.
  • Own reliability, monitoring, alerting, incident response and runbooks.
  • Develop automation for provisioning, deployment, configuration, backup and upgrades.
  • Implement secure runtime patterns including identity, network controls and auditability.
  • Contribute to platform roadmap planning and prioritisation.
