Job summary

Arm is building a central AI Platform to enable safe and scalable AI use across our engineering teams. You will engage in both hands-on engineering and user enablement, learning how Arm engineers apply AI today and shaping platform capabilities for secure adoption.

You will help design and prototype AI patterns, provide demos, and own the OpenAI toolset—ensuring safety and strong engineering experience for internal users.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering capabilities with hands-on prototyping and building integrations.
• Curious about AI tooling landscape and the direction of the ecosystem.
• Understanding of governance, privacy, security and observability in an enterprise context.

Responsibilities

• Understand AI use cases and emerging tech; translate into practical platform capabilities.
• Evaluate, prototype and demonstrate safe AI patterns and reference implementations.
• Own and evolve OpenAI toolset for engineering, including Codex, ChatGPT and OpenAI APIs.
