Job summary

Know How Resourcing seeks a role focused on embedding automation as a permanent capability across operations. You will work directly with the COO to identify bottlenecks and build permanent, repeatable fixes that meet regulatory and data obligations.

Responsibilities include maintaining a tooling library, ensuring repeatability, onboarding, and providing a live roadmap with a clear business case for each improvement. Priority workflows cover onboarding, processing, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Genuine, demonstrable experience using modern tools and automation to solve real operational problems.
• Real hands-on ability to build something that runs on its own — scripts, automation, API calls.
• Strong process thinking; map a workflow before fixing it.
• Comfort with data at a working level: CSVs, structured inputs.
• Precise written communication; write instructions clearly.
• Commercial awareness; understand client experience of reports.
• Hunger and initiative; earlier in career is valued over tenure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the tooling library with version control and documentation.
• Ensure repeatability of workflows; make improvements as business changes.
• Provide onboarding guides and training for team use.
• Maintain a live roadmap of built work and business cases for future work.
• Ensure governance by producing evidence and documentation for compliance.
• Manage priority workflows: onboarding, file processing, appeals, and reporting.
